Accommodations at the Primrose Cottage include two bedrooms, each furnished with a comfortable king-sized bed and its own en-suite bathroom for added comfort and privacy. The cozy living room is complemented by a queen sleeper sofa, providing additional sleeping space if needed. The riverside location allows for various outdoor activities, such as kayaking or floating on the gentle waters of the Pedernales River. Guests can explore the riverside walking trails, carved out amidst the natural beauty and wildlife of the area, or simply unwind and absorb the tranquility of the hill country setting. To ensure a paw-sitive experience please be aware of the following: Pet fees & rules: We're delighted to welcome furry friends! This property is pet-friendly for dogs, unfortunately we can't accommodate cats at this time. -Pet fee(s) of $75+tax will apply in addition to the nightly rate. -Maximum of two dogs allowed with a combined maximum weight of 50 lbs. -Please keep your pups leashed outside and clean up after them. -A separate pet waiver must be signed. -Any and all damages or issues caused by your pet to a unit or furnishing will be immediately charged to your credit card on file. Please observe Fredericksburg’s Quiet Hours (10 p.m. to 7 a.m.) 12. The City of Fredericksburg is an international Dark Sky Community. To protect the dark skies, please turn off outdoor lighting when not in use. 13. Only utilize the designated on-site and off-site parking spaces at your rental. 14.
