The space Our listed property on the ground floor is a 2200 sq.ft, independent unit. We as hosts live on the first floor and the whole house is within a calm, residential area. Car parking facility and a private garden are also available. The Periyar river front public access area is within walking distance. For sightseeing from our place, you can either choose an uphill destination towards Munnar (121 Kms) or downhill towards the beach at Cherai, (22 Kms). Other places of interest which are easily accessible include Lulu Mall, Fort Kochi, Mattanchery, Alleppey and Kumarakom backwaters. If you prefer to stay with us on work, we are fully WiFi enabled with a workstation in the living room. With easy connectivity to the Airport as well as the local Metro, travelling to & fro is hassle-free. Uber and other cab facilities are quick & easy for road trips.
