Enjoy your vacation in this fully restored apartment in a listed house from 1685. The Finkenhof is idyllically located in the small village of Schwartmecke, Kirchhundem, right next to the famous "Rothaarsteig" hiking area. The apartment has a separate entrance with terrace and connection to a large garden. Direct access to beautiful hiking trails means your vacation can start right outside the front door. The space The approximately 60 square meter apartment has a large kitchen-living room, a bathroom and two bedrooms. Through the entrance door you enter directly into the large living room with kitchen. Here you will find a fully equipped kitchen with oven, stove, coffee maker, milk frother, toaster, etc. Directly adjacent to the kitchen is the dining area with space for four people. In the living area there is a comfortable sofa where you can rest after long hikes. In addition, you have access to the balcony from this room and a beautiful view of the garden through the windows. Both bedrooms have a large double bed (1.80 m wide) with two separate mattresses. Due to the two separate bedrooms, the apartment is also very suitable for four people. The fully restored and modern bathroom with shower can be reached from the main living area. Schwartmecke is a very small and quiet village with about 90 inhabitants. Grocery stores can only be reached by car. A restaurant/pizzeria is right next door. Other inns and a bakery are available in Oberhundem (1 km). So if you are looking for peace, hiking, mountain biking, skiing and/or just want to relax, this is the place to be :-).
