The wooden house

Träskhuset is an architect-designed house built in 2023. It is built of cross-glued wood and stands on posts in a swamp with the beech forest as the closest neighbor. In winter, you are surrounded by water, in summer, high vegetation. Here you live in a stylish house overlooking the forest. Design by Sorgenfri Build Concept. Free parking on a shared driveway. Electric vehicle charging available. The house is about 50 meters from our own house. Happy children's screams can therefore sometimes be heard nearby. The space The wooden house has a large room with dining area, kitchen and living room. In the hall, there is a toilet with shower. Adjacent to the large room is a smaller combined study and bedroom. Here we can make up either a single bed, two single beds or a double bed - the choice is yours! Please note that there is no door into this room. On the other hand, there are solid curtains that can be drawn for privacy and blackout. A steep staircase leads up to the upper floor. There is a place for quiet rest, yoga, reading or socializing. If needed, we can also put out an inflatable mattress for additional sleeping places here. If you continue into the bedroom, there is a double bed that can be raised and lowered electrically. There are two small drawers for storage as well as hooks and hangers on the wall. Here you sleep at a high altitude with a view of trees and swamps. From the big room, you come out to an undisturbed wooden deck at the back, surrounded by forest. There is outdoor furniture and a barbecue grill in the summer. The wooden house is located at the back of our property, about 50 meters from our main house. If you are traveling with children, they are welcome to borrow our trampoline and other children's toys. ... The wooden house is located in the heart of Höör in Skåne. There are many beautiful lakes, beech forests and beautiful natural areas. The village, with its 14,000 inhabitants, is small but has everything you need. In the nearby area, there are many opportunities for activities: cycling or hiking in the woods, playing golf, going to the flea market, swimming in lakes or bathhouses or just relaxing and enjoying the silence.
