Other things to note WI-FI: Converge internet provider with 200-300 Mbps, and can connect up to a maximum of 8 devices. SWIMMING POOL AND FITNESS GYM: The pool and gym is free of charge for only 3pax. And according to our swimming pool policy, a fee of ₱300 pesos per person applies if your group exceeds 3 people. It's open from 7am-9pm everyday except Monday. It will be closed for maintenance / cleaning. SMOKING : We provided ash tray at the balcony, since smoking is not allowed inside the unit. CLEANING: If you're staying 5 night's beyond, please don't hesitate to ask for assistance to have the unit cleaned. GARBAGE: For your convenience, a garbage room is located just behind the elevator for easy disposal of trash. CHECK IN / CHECK OUT: For early check-in, we do have an additional fee of ₱ 100 pesos per hour earlier than 12noon, it depends on if our previous guests will check out early. Same as for those who wants to check-out late, additional fee of ₱100 pesos per hour, but please inform us ahead of time because we will also consider our next guests, and we need more time to clean and prepare the unit. EXTRA BED / SOFA BED: We provided an extra convertible bed for your convenience, along with clean linens stored in a white cabinet to ensure their freshness. Additional Reminder: We kindly ask our guest to please do not cook foul smelling food such as dried fish and shrimp paste etc. as it takes time for the smell to go away. Eating Durian fruit inside the unit is also not allowed. Thank you for your understanding. PARKING POLICY🚘🏍️: Enjoy 2hrs of parking with your stay.
