GROUND FLOOR: On the ground floor we find the elegant living area with a cozy living room, a Smart TV with Netflix, a beautiful dining table overlooking the garden and a large and modern fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, freezer, oven, dishwasher, microwave, Lavazza coffee machine, toaster, kettle, complete tool set and dining table... From the kitchen you can access the courtyard, where we find an additional outdoor dining area with barbecue, where you can enjoy excellent outdoor grills with your family or friends. From the living area you can access the garden, where we find an outdoor living room surrounded by plants, to enjoy beautiful moments of relaxation outdoors, a privilege that only a stay in the villa can offer. On the ground floor there is another bedroom, the "Children Room" with two single beds. The first bathroom with shower is available. FIRST FLOOR: 🛏️ The sleeping area is arranged on three levels. From the living area there is the beautiful suspended staircase that leads to the sleeping area on the first floor. Here we find a nice double bedroom, the "Jungle Room", on the tones of greenery, with a private terrace and ensuite bathroom equipped with a shower cabin, sink, toilet, bidet and hairdryer. Also on the first floor we find another beautiful and bright double room with the walls on the tones of blue, the "Liberty Room", with two single beds (possibly joined); this room also has a private terrace and a private bathroom on the floor. SECOND FLOOR: BEDROOM + TERRACE ☀️ 🛏️ On the second floor, we find the villa's penthouse, where the beautiful, large and bright "Family Suite" opens up. It has a double bed, a small living room, two single beds, a TV, a kettle and a large private terrace full of plants, where there is an outdoor living room where you can enjoy the city view and the beautiful sunsets while sipping a nice glass of wine. ❄️ AIR CONDITIONING AND AMENITIES: The villa is air-conditioned and has free Wi-Fi. It is equipped with linens and towels and is equipped with a washing machine.
