Welcome to our newly renovated vacation apartment in Aßling, near Munich. With a spacious area of 85 m² and room for up to 6 people, it is the ideal starting point for an unforgettable vacation in Bavaria. The tranquil location of our apartment promises you a respite from everyday stress. Munich and the mountains are easily accessible by car or train. Our family-friendly apartment offers comfort, style, and the perfect balance between city proximity and nature. The space The cozy apartment features two bedrooms (1x double bed and 2x single beds), ideal for families and groups. The fully equipped kitchen includes a stove, coffee machine, kettle, fridge, dishwasher, oven, and microwave. Share delightful meals in the inviting dining room. The bathroom is complete with a shower, hairdryer, toilet, and washing machine. Additionally, there is a separate guest toilet. Unwind in the living room, which offers a TV and a pull-out sofa bed for relaxation. WiFi and parking spaces are available. Bed linen and towels are provided to enhance the comfort of your stay. There is also an outdoor area with seating and a barbecue. Guests can also enjoy table tennis and a playground with swings and a slide. A baby cot (size 120x60 cm) and a high chair is available on request. Guest access You have access to all areas of the apartment. Other things to note There is a bus stop directly in front of the house. It takes about one hour by public transport to get to Munich Messe. The city center of Munich is 42 kilometers away.
