No parties or events allowed. The farm is intended for the leisure of guests who rented it, limited to a maximum of 12 people. The entrance of additional guests is not allowed. Many owners live in the condominium, and so the law of silence must be respected between 10 p.m. and 6 a.m. During the day, the sound level cannot disturb the neighbors. Organic garbage is collected on the 2nd, 4th and 6th at 1:00 pm by the condominium pick up. Recyclable waste is collected by the City Hall truck on Thursdays until 9:00 a.m. If check-out is on a day when there is no collection, the remaining garbage may be left in the service area, properly bagged/packaged.
