Guest access Entire cottage, deck, shed and yard. Other things to note Quiet area. No loud parties. Local residents appreciate nature, solitude, and the peace of the area. Lakefront. Heaven on Earth! Please enjoy. Due to the remote location of this cottage, we occasionally have mice and other critters get inside. We do routine pest control for bugs/insects and ongoing rodent control with pet-safe products. Due to the remote location of this cottage, Wifi can be spotty and unreliable at times. Service to repair outages can take a little time. Yard maintenance—grass cutting, trimming, and other outdoor maintenance may need to happen during your stay. This is usually once a week during the spring/summer/fall--Dawn or Marc may be there providing outdoor maintenance and will respect your privacy while they work outside for one or two hours one day a week--I will let you know if we will need to provide outdoor yard care or property maintenance during your stay. Fishing in the adjacent lake is CATCH AND RELEASE ONLY! No killing/cooking/eating of the fish from the lake is permitted. CATCH AND RELEASE ONLY. This is very important! Very dark at night! Suggested arrival during daylight hours. Bring flashlights!
