Around you will find markets, castles to visit, hiking trails and lots of great activities and adventures for the whole family. Photos on insta @maison_hestia_eure The accommodation includes: Main house - 2 bedrooms: 1 master bedroom with 1 bed of 160, 1 children's bedroom with 4 beds, - 1 living room with two sofas, a large fireplace and a large dining table that seats 10/12 people, - 1 equipped kitchen (oven, stove, 2 fridges, 1 Nespresso coffee machine and 1 filter coffee machine) with a table that can accommodate 6 people, - 1 small space to work, - 1 shower room with toilet, - 1 toilet (separate), - 1 baby cot available upon request. Secondary house - Upstairs, 1 very large master bedroom with a 160 cm bed, - Upstairs, 1 small double bedroom with a 140 cm bed, - Upstairs, 1 shower room with toilet, - On the ground floor, a games room/TV/bar with many children's toys, a large sofa, comfortable armchairs, a TV... The ground floor and the floor of the secondary house communicate via an external staircase. WIFI throughout the house and a good part of the garden. Linens and towels as well as shower gel and shampoo are provided. The beds will be prepared for your arrival. Outdoor: Garden of 3000 m² Small brick terrace in front of the house with sunbathing, garden furniture, garden table for 8/10 people, sun loungers... Nearest stations Evreux, Bernay, Val de Reuil de Paris Saint Lazare 1h30 from Paris, take the A13 or A14 from Paris. Self check-in: Once your booking is complete, access codes to the property gate and home will be sent to you. Possibility to park several vehicles on the property. Other things to note * The house must be returned tidy, dishes washed and tidy, bed linen used (duvet cover/fitted sheets/pillowcase...) removed from the beds and placed in the kitchen, towels in piles in the bathrooms. * The barbecue must not be used on the lawn, but on the gravel, to avoid burning the lawn and avoid any risk of fire in summer. * The keychain that was in the lockbox must be returned to the same place and the lockbox closed with the numbers scrambled. * The two sets of keys in the house must be returned to the coffee table in the living room, where you found them. * Well-behaved and clean pets are allowed. * Garbage cans must be removed and placed in the sorting bins that are in the garden. Garbage cans must then be put on the sidewalk for collection :) * Municipal glass bins are 1 minute away by car (1 side of the soccer field going to the equestrian center). * Parties are not allowed.
