Move in and feel at home in our 1.5-room attic apartment where you can spend relaxing hours. Our house is centrally located to the highway between Riegel and Kenzingen. You will stay in our lovingly furnished apartment with a balcony on the north side and an opposite playground. The romantic view of the vineyards and Lichteneck Castle makes this apartment so unique. A new, modern and playful facility awaits you that leaves nothing to be desired. The space Our beautiful 33 sqm non-smoking apartment can accommodate 2 to max. 4 people within one bedroom. With 4 people then a bit tight, but feasible for short stays. - A queen size bed measuring 180*200 cm with 2 single pocket spring mattresses (448 springs). 7 lounging zones, 21 cm high. In addition, we offer you the option of 2 armchairs with slatted base (also very comfortable for adults). For very small guests, a baby crib is available on request. - The bathroom with toilet and shower is fully equipped with a hairdryer, shampoo and shower gel. - Towels and bed linens are of course included in the price. - A well-equipped kitchenette with spices, coffee machine and coffee pads, sugar, coffee milk and tea is available free of charge in the apartment. - Board games and books are available on request. - Free parking and Wi-Fi are available to you - Our apartment is allergy-friendly. The design floor is free of PVC plasticizers, environmentally friendly, waterproof, pleasantly warm on the feet and quiet. - Restaurants, shopping, bakeries and ice cream parlors can be reached by car in approx. 3-5 minutes. Check-in/Check-out: - We are happy to do a personal check-in: 5-8 pm afterwards or we are happy to do a check-in video usually via mobile phone for an easy arrival. - We ask for departure by approx. 10 am or by appointment. We have two more apartments "Rosalie Burgblick" on the ground floor, with a similar number of m². And our fireplace view for families with 80 m². I reserve the right to enter the apartment at regular intervals to possibly to dispose of garbage, water the flowers, and clean the apartment. Bed linen is changed every 1-2 weeks. However, all this is done by prior arrangement. This service is not intended as a final cleaning and cannot be claimed. Excursion destinations: You can reach Europa-Park in 12-15 minutes by car. Cultural and enjoyable highlights in Breisgau include fun and action for the whole family. Thanks to the advantageous location, our location is an ideal starting point for day trips to Freiburg about 25 km, Strasbourg, Basel, the Black Forest or the Vosges low mountain range. Variety is guaranteed for your vacation with us! Important info at the end: Having your own car here on site makes sense. It is feasible by bus and train but not recommended. Guest access It's a separate apartment. Inside this apartment and the passage of the staircase is usable. Other things to note A car would be an advantage. Otherwise, there is nothing special to consider. Please let me know if you are traveling with children under 2 years old, as they count as additional guests. Shopping as described above 3 km away.
