Need a cozy place to relax? ‘The Peaceful Phoenix & Private Quarters’ is the answer to your wishes of a lovely getaway in the Rogue Valley. Make the most of this bio-diverse area by relaxing in your own space near picturesque farm hills. Crater Lake National Park, Ashland's world class hiking & biking trails, Oregon Shakespeare Festival, local wineries and The Britt Festival are a few of the top activities to enjoy. Book your stay and have a comfortable place to rest while you visit! The space Located in a modest neighborhood, the house is divided into two living spaces by a solid wall: the Air Bnb space and my own living space. Guests will have your own privacy. The Air Bnb space includes its own side entrance through a swing gate. Equipped with a 4-inch concrete step up into the sliding door to enter the Air Bnb, the kitchenette shares the same room as the dining lounge. A Two-burner electric stove is available to cook meals. Multiple fans are provided for proper ventilation while cooking. The kitchenette does not include a sink, guests may wash dishes in the bathroom sink after wiping off any food residue into the trash. If prefer to not wash dishes, a bin is beneath the microwave to place used dishes I can occasionally wash as needed. The private guest bathroom has a step up bathtub and full shower with a supporting Safety Handicap bar. The bedroom is cozy with a Queen sized Memory Foam mattress with a memory foam topper, zip secured Bed Bug Protectors on the mattress, topper and pillows, and also soft linens. If additional guests stay, I request them to bring their own bedding (air mattress, sleeping pad, etc). You are welcome to enjoy a lovely fire pit with picturesque views of The Rogue Valley or a relax at the table beneath the maple tree. The whimsical tree lights create a peaceful, soothing ambience experience in the patio while enjoying some fresh air. I do have a friendly medium sized dog, BB, who I let outside to go to the bathroom and play. She would love to give you kisses and will always ask for a belly rub. I love to garden and tomatoes are abundant to share during Harvest, don’t miss out on your fresh vine ripened organic tomatoes! Guest access Parking is on the street or on the far left side of the driveway in front of the gate. Please do not block garage. Feel free to enjoy the patio table and chairs beneath the tree, the fire pit and the concrete area in front of the Guest space. Please refrain from enjoying time beneath the covered awning space and the lawn. Pick some fresh tomatoes while you enjoy the sun and slow mornings during Harvest season. Other things to note If additional guests stay, they must bring their own bedding (air mattress, bedding, etc.). Please request upon booking for approval.
