The space Querencia Itacimirim is composed of two simple state buildings well ventilated and equipped to comfortably serve up to 8 people. Located on Rua da Felicidade, 325, on a 960 m2 plot and only 80 m from Itacimirim Beach and the Papiri stand, famous for its Bahian cuisine. It has an artesian well and cistern with a capacity of 4,000 liters that guarantee water supply in the event of a possible failure by the public utility company. There is a large lawn for recreation with fruit trees such as dwarf coconut trees, cashew trees, mango trees, Surinam cherry trees and passion fruit trees that attract birds and marmosets. There is also a small doll house in treated eucalyptus with a balcony, slide and swing for children up to 6 years old, a good swimming pool with a protective fence for children, a large balcony with a barbecue, and all rooms are equipped with split air conditioning. The house has a helper who does not stay overnight on the premises, Mr. Adilson is responsible for maintaining the garden, collecting garbage and cleaning the pool between 7:00 a.m. and 10:00 a.m. With this service, guests can better enjoy their stay and enjoy the tropical paradise with seawater at a temperature between 26 C and 29 C, natural coral pools according to the tide, quiet beach places with practically no waves and a beach location with perfect waves for surfing and learning, all with more than 200 coconut trees surrounding the beach with white sands that provide, from 5:30 pm, a wonderful and unforgettable sunset to be captured in a photograph. Other things to note The daily rate per person over 10 years of age and up to a maximum of 8 people is R$250.00 plus the amounts related to water consumption (R$0.05/liter and energy (R$1.40/kWh), calculated through the differences between the meter readings on the dates of entry and exit of the house.
