The hosts speak English and Mandarin Chinese. We also understand Cantonese and Taiwanese. We both love to travel and know the io importance of a good night's rest and safety issues. Thus, we strive to provide you with the comfort that you need. Our bedroom suite is the entire lower level of our home. Guests will have a code to enter the Sun-room, bedroom, TV/Office room, and bathroom privately. There is a locked door that separates the downstairs from the upstairs. The bedroom has two queen-size beds. We can also set up a twin-size bed for an additional $50 and provide extra sheets, a pillow, a blanket, and towels. The Sun-room has a fridge, a microwave, an electric kettle, a coffee maker, toaster, washer, dryer, programmable exercise bicycle with a heart rate monitor, dumbbells, and a cozy dining table, kitchen bar, and a new utility sink to enjoy. We want you to relish your Starbucks coffee or tea in our kitchenette and Sun-room! Thus, we will prepare spring water bottles in the refrigerator for your enjoyment. You will find instant cereals , various bars or treats for your breakfast and snacks, too. Our guest suite has a strict NO pet and NO smoking policy! Guests can fit two vehicles on the right-hand side of our driveway and parking on both sides of our street. We are located in a quiet residential neighborhood. Guests have total private access to the entire suite. The door to the upstairs is locked from downstairs, and it remains locked at all times. Please do not hesitate to contact the Hosts! We are available to help or answer any of the guests' questions or concerns since we only live above the Guest Suite.
