Bright, light-flooded rooms, healthy living comfort, a private wooden house with a gallery: for you, this means relaxing, leaning back and enjoying your vacation - simply being at home! Large windows and the covered balcony give a clear view of the beautiful mountains of the Surselva. Your home for a week or two promises nature, relaxation and freedom. The space Bedroom: Bedroom on the first floor: 1 double bed (160 cm x 200 cm). For the little ones, we have a Zewidecke 90 x 200 cm. Gallery: 1 double bed (160 cm x 200 cm), accessible via a steep staircase Living room: 1 sofa bed for 1 person (85 cm x 190 cm) All beds are made and the bed linen is included in the price. Living room: The open-plan, cozy living room integrates the kitchen and gallery. From the sofa or table, you can look through large windows at the magnificent mountains. You can go directly to the covered balcony and enjoy the sunrise and sunset there. Facilities include Wi-Fi, a DAB radio, various readings and games. Kitchen: The kitchen is very well equipped and has: hot air oven (2 baking trays), glass ceramic stove with 4 hobs, fridge with small freezer compartment, 3 pans, 2 frying pans, dishes and cooking utensils. Kitchen linen is available and included in the price. Bathroom: In the small bathroom you will find a shower/toilet/sink and a towel radiator. Towels are available and included in the price. In the garden you will find a fountain with running cold water. Other things to note Houses were built on the neighboring property next door in 2025 (residential buildings). They are not quite finished yet. Our houses are considered farmed vacation rentals. The Disentis and Breil/Brigels ski resorts are 11 km away from our cottages. Andermatt-Sedrun is 25 kilometers away and also easily accessible by train. In addition to the train, there is a bus service every hour between Ilanz and Sedrun-Dieni. The bus stop is on the main road in front of Hotel Greina. Please note the SBB timetable.
