The Kitchen looks out onto, the Roof Terrace which has an L shaped patio sofa . Upstairs is the main Lounge which has a double height ceiling. The Lounge has contemporary art and furnishings and has a 75”smart ultra HD TV with Netflix and Amazon Prime, Wi-fi & an office/make-up table with a chair and illuminated make-up mirror. Bedroom 2 has a double bed, remote controlled blackout blinds, a wardrobe with mounted TV & a chest of drawers. From the Lounge you access the Bathroom which comes with a walk-in shower as well as a double ended centre filled bath. From the Bathroom you can move further up the stairs to the Master Bedroom which is in the eaves of the property. There is a rococo style bed with side tables, a TV and wall speakers for aux audio along with a number of drawers built into the eaves walls. Our team have a reception next door at Jets Estate Agents Monday to Saturday 9.00am - 5.00pm who are happy to help and advice on the local area. We love providing a first class service with superb cleanliness throughout the apartment. Parking is available at the rear of the building and keys can be collected from a keybox if arriving out of reception hours. Sale is a vibrant area with plenty of Bars and Restaurants nearby within walking distance. The Waterside Arts Theatre hosts regular evenings entertainment. Languages spoken: English Other things to note Getting into the property: Someone will meet the guest on location if they have not stayed previously. We only offer a meet and greet service for key collection. Photographic Identification must be shown on arrival, this is a free service between the times of 3pm - 5.30pm. Late check in outside of these hours will incur a £35 charge up to 8.00pm. From 8.00pm - 10.00pm a fee of £55.00 is charged. The key is a suited security key, if lost a replacement will have to be ordered and a cost of £75.00 per key will be charged. A refundable damage deposit is payable prior to arrival of £150 for 2 guests, £250 for 3/4 guests. Age restriction of over 25 unless a child staying with a parent.
