There are 4 main bedrooms, and a study which can sleep an extra person. All bedrooms have air conditioning and ensuite showers and bathrooms. There is 130m of terracing with 11m pool, BBQ, table tennis, table football, and terrain de petanque/boules. The villa is set in forest area, with access to the Canal de Siagne with beautiful views towards the Esterel Mountains to the South West. The property is an ideal base for a holiday exploring the Cote D'Azur and Provence, with the famous Mougins Village a few minutes drive away. External Location & Facilities: The property is in an exclusive and secluded situation at the end of a private road, and is accessed through secure electronically operated gates. The property is south-facing, and not overlooked by other villas and lies within its own grounds with ample parking at the rear for many vehicles. The villa is situated away from the coast, about 8 km or approx 15 minutes, and with easy access to Antibes, Cannes & Grasse (each approx. 15-20 min by car). The immediate neighbourhood has plenty of shops & restaurants with the old Village of Mougins 5 min away. Nice airport is 25 minutes away, you have trains, buses etc, but we would recommend a car to access the villa and enjoy the area. Guest access Guests are able to access the garden, and are free to roam in the woodland/forest. We will give you access to the Canal de Siagne, via a locked gate in the garden. Other things to note Please note that in the summer we rent Saturday to Saturday only, due to cleaners and handover. Shops & supermarkets at bottom of road within 5 min...Grand Frais, Casino, & Carrefour etc...
