Layout of the house: Exterior The 300 m2 outdoor area of villa Elia offer a private swimming pool (6x3m, 1.50m deep) and a children’s swimming pool (2x1.50, 0.50m deep). The pool area is equipped with patio furniture, sunbeds and umbrellas, and you will not have to worry about pool towels, as they are provided. In the lovely surroundings there is playground for the younger guests and a table at the verandah, to enjoy your meals and relax. A BBQ with gas is waiting for you to prepare great meals using Cretan delicacies. Taste the fresh vegetables and the local meat and we are sure you will leave with new tastes from that holiday! Interior Elia villa covers 100 m2, built in simple and modern design and fully Air-Conditioned. On the ground floor is one bedroom with double bed, such as one bathroom with bathtub. The open plan kitchen and living room with the dining table. The kitchen, fully equipped, including microwave and dishwasher will cover your needs. For the colder nights, a fireplace is the warmest companion. On the upper floor there are two bedrooms. One bedroom has a double bed Television and A/C. The second bedroom on that floor has two single beds, which can be made double upon request, and, of course, A/C. The second bathroom on that floor has also bathtub.
