The swimming pool is heated to 30 degrees and is shaded by surrounding tropical palms. Great outdoor living space with covered entertainment area adjoining the outdoor dining area, with BBQ and table tennis table. A well equipped kitchen joins the open plan living, dining and study desk area. WiFi and Netflix are provided. The house is well ventilated with ceiling fans and split system air-conditioners to all rooms, and louvers providing great cross flow through the living area. There are 2 bathrooms and a separate toilet. The main bathroom contains a bathtub, the other is a shared two-way ensuite. There is also an outdoor shower to rinse off the kids after a swim. Kitchen and bathroom essentials provided. Plenty of activities to keep the kids busy including an outdoor playground. Guest access Guests will have exclusive use of the entire property. Three bedrooms contain queen sized beds, and the fourth (kids) bedroom contains a double bed with single bunk overhead, and single trundle underneath. Guests are to note that the main door to the third bedroom is accessed from the outdoor patio, and internal access is provided through a two-way ensuite. We have kids, so the house is baby and child friendly with the following available for use: • Highchair • Porta cot • Change table • Trundle bed • Story books • Baby bath • Family toilet seat • Foot stools Other things to note Guests must advise how many people are staying so that sufficient linen can be provided. A port-a-cot is provided, however guests must bring their own age appropriate baby blankets / sleeping bags. Our team work hard to maintain this property and provide the essentials you need for a relaxing stay. Any maintenance issues are addressed as soon as they are reported. We ask our guests to understand that we cannot control storm related outages in cairns. We take unfair reviews to heart, so guests who leave poor reviews without good cause will not be allowed to return.
