The house was built using passive solar design, taking advantage of cross ventilation, cool tiles downstairs and ceiling fans in all the upstairs bedrooms. As a winter retreat, Treehouse Vincentia is close to many bush tracks & walks, including the popular White Sands Walk to Huskisson or Hyams. Vincentia Golf Club is just minutes away. Keep warm and toasty with a roaring fire in its welcome combustion fireplace. Other things to note Linen is now supplied. This is set as the cleaning fee and includes bed linen, towel, face washer, hand towel & bath mat. Minimum nights stay is 2 nights. In January it is 3 nights minimum.
