The space Lakewood Homestay is designed with Muji concept, with fusion of white and wooden colouring. It's a house fully furnished, equipped with complete accessories designed to make our guests enjoy maximum comfort. Aeon big & Econsave Kluang is just 5 minutes drive. It's suitable for those looking for a vacation, a place to relax, or even those who like to go mountain hiking as the famous mountain 'Gunung Lambak' is 6~8 mins driving distance away. It's very close to the town area in Kluang which is 8 minutes driving distance. Kluang Mall & Kluang Parade (Shopping Mall) is 8 to 10 minutes driving distance only. Our homestay consists of 3 bedrooms which is able to accommodate up to 8 persons. If guest need extra bed (which means more than 6 persons are staying), we will collect extra charges Rm 29 per floor mattress/person or you may select in our platform 7 or 8 persons. Other things to note Other notes: 1) After booking, we will send a chat group link to you via the inbox to provide you with the check in details. 2) Check in time: 3pm-11pm (If check in after 11pm, do notify us before arrival) Check out time: before 12pm 3) For an early check in & late check out, please inform us at least 1 day in advance for our arrangement. (Subject to availability, chargeable & is not available on weekends, peak season & public holiday) Early Check In & Late Check Out Rate: Rm 35/hour. Check in at 10am or before: 1 day rate. Check out at 5pm or after: 1 day rate. 4) Strictly no smoking inside the house (penalties Rm 500 if any cigarettes or cigarette smell is found) & no pets allowed inside the premise. 5) Party is allowed, but please throw the rubbish outside of the house after party (You can get the rubbish bags inside the drawer). 6) As our house is located in the housing area, please keep the noise low after 10.30pm-8am. 7) Our homestay can accommodate 6~8 persons. If above 6 persons, we will prepare extra floor mattress & you may select 7 or 8 persons or we will collect Rm 29 per floor mattress/person with you 1 day before check in
