High quality furniture, comfortable bed and cosy atmosphere for you (and your pets) will help you to rest and refill you soul with new ideas. Tiny beaches are just 4 min walk down the hill. Kotor, Herceg Novi and Tivat are 30 min drive and easy reachable by bus or taxi. The space Apartment is on the upper floor, you need to walk one level up the stairs to get to #8. No wheel chairs accessibility. Kitchen is taken care of and open for your commodity. Dishwasher, oven, blender, toaster, kettle all utensils and and basic supplies/ condiments are there, so you don't need to buy extra things upon arrival. Living room and bedroom has two separate air-cons, and automatic inflow ventilation system for fresh air and humidity regulation. It has sofa bed with can be used as additional bed (along with an extra mattress from the bedroom cupboard) Bathroom has a walk-in shower, sink and washing machine (washing supplies provided). Boiler needed to be turned on prior to arrival. During winter time bedroom and bathroom has floor heating. Guest access You can use the whole apartment, parking if needed, but no access to the garden in the basement provided. Other things to note For the sake of not taking the sense of reality from guests, there is no TV in the apartment and it won't be provided upon request. But you have yoga mat, beach towels, ironing board, books, terrace with a sun screen for hot days and very friendly neighbours who can provide you with fresh veggies, cheese, ham, wine and rakia.
