Here you have not only a fantastic view of the idyllic nature with old trees, but also the opportunity to dock with a paddle boat or canoe directly at the jetty. From the jetty, you are also welcome to cast your fishing rod. A communal sauna barrel is also available in the garden to relax. Open and spacious, the two-storey living area with underfloor heating has a large cozy leather couch and a 65"4K Smart TV with Ambilight and apps like Netflix, Amazon Prime Video and many more. Not only is there a Blu-Ray player with many current Blu-Rays and children's movies available for entertainment, but also a Wii U gaming console from Nintendo. Furthermore, a high-quality smart speaker from Bose is available. On cooler days, the soothing crackling of the flames in the fireplace creates a piece of coziness. The rustic dining table and semi-open, spacious kitchen invite you to eat and enjoy. The three bedrooms with beds in king size and queen size convey pure relaxation thanks to a thoughtful interior design and all have test winner mattresses and smart TVs. Directly at the house is also a large, fully-glazed conservatory with views of the water and the old trees. Even if the weather is not at its best, you can enjoy the East Frisian nature on the cozy lounge furniture. In the garden is a lockable bicycle shed with free e-bike charging. Internet with 100 MBit/s via Wi-Fi is available free of charge everywhere in the house as well as in the garden. Linens and towels are not available in the vacation property. However, these can be booked for a fee.
