Another balcony and a large rooftop terrace with all-around water views with sun loungers and a cozy lounge. In addition, you have your own wellness area with shower, sauna and hot tub (and toilet) and another additional bathroom (also with toilet and shower). "Enjoy your morning coffee on the ground floor terrace and then sunbathe on the upper floor terrace and have your afternoon coffee on the roof terrace and enjoy the sunset. You have the choice :) The infrastructure is only a few meters away (Edeka & Cafe, small shops), the harbor is only 300 m away (there is also a jetty directly 20 m next to the property and the beautiful 5 km long sandy beach is only about 1000 m away. Of course, your four-legged dog is also welcome with us. Of course, we also provide a suitable bed and water bowl/feeding bowl. Comfortable living elements and a 4K flat-screen TV invite you to relax by the wood-burning stove. From here you have a magnificent view of the sea. A beautiful bedroom with direct sea views and a spacious box spring bed (1 double bed 180*200 cm) offer a relaxed and restful sleep like in a hotel. The second bedroom has 2 single box spring beds (90*200) and a sleeping recamier. You can also see the water from here. A baby crib is available. A very comfortable sofa bed in the living room (150*200 cm) is suitable for 2 more guests and you wake up with a direct water view. Guest access There is a key safe on site. This will give you your key contactlessly. Other things to note Dogs are welcome with us (max. 3 dogs). The cost is 8 euros/night and will be charged separately. Bed linen and towels are not included, but you can rent them from our cleaning service for a fee or bring them yourself. (€20 per person for bed linen and towels, the towel package consists of 1 bath towel and 1 small hand towel). Bed linen/towels are provided in foil and must be put on yourself. Check-out condition: The unit must be vacated by 10 am at the latest and handed over to the on-site service in a well-swept condition. The renter must wash the dishes before departure and empty the wastepaper baskets and trash cans.
