We welcome you to our beautiful home, a stone throw away from the private stunning beach of Seasalter & 30 minute coastal walk into the heart of Whitstable. The Beach Hut has recently been designed for keeping the comfort of our guests in mind, with a luxurious feel that is designed for family & friends to visit with fluid entertaining areas spreading through the kitchen, dining and the outside seating giving a great alfresco feel to the space. The property is situated on a private estate. The space The Beach Hut has recently been built to very high standards, keeping the comfort of our guests in mind. This property is on a private estate, with its own private beach. So, it has the benefit of not being as crowded as it is in town. A luxurious feel that is designed for family & friends to visit with fluid entertaining areas spreading through the kitchen, dining and the outside seating giving a great alfresco feel to the space. The sitting room provides guests space to enjoy hours of conversations over a few drinks with the Bi-fold doors open bringing the outside summer vibe in. Guests will enjoy its 3 spacious bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms, opulent kitchen and dining area with private garden, patio, outside dining and 2 parking spaces. All Bedrooms are on the first floor, The master bedroom offers a king-sized bed, a luxurious space with a en-suite bathroom. A 2 further bedrooms; one offering a Double bed, the third with a small double bed. All bedrooms have black out blinds and comfortable mattresses to ensure everyone is well rested for the next day’s adventure. You’ll also find the family bathroom on this floor. On the ground floor the large modern fully equipped kitchen with high spec units and all the comfort of a family kitchen, plus a beautiful breakfast bar. It’s fully equipped with every appliance you’ll need, to make your time at The Beach Hut the most enjoyable stay imaginable. The kitchen flows seamlessly into the dining area with a wooden dining table that seats 6 guests comfortably; perfect for long lunches and dinners with family and friends. A Large living area offers a 75” Samsung smart tv, young and old can enjoy this space. Plenty of board games to keep everyone entertained. If you prefer to sit out in the sun, or extend this space into the house, open the full width bi-fold doors, and enjoy our private garden. We have also provided outdoor dining and seating so that you may relax and enjoy the seaside air. Underfloor heating ensures the house is kept at a comfortable temperature. There is also a wc on this floor for ease. We look forward to hosting you and please tell us how we could make it better for future stays. Guest access guests will have access to the whole house and private garden Other things to note Items we do not supply; Toiletries, we do supply hand wash & toilet roll. We do supply an steam Iron. We do have a log burner however we ask guests not to use. We also ask children are not permitted to play with the electric black out blinds.
