Dubai is an extremely safe and Marina is a very nice walking area of Dubai. The home is walking distance to: - Dubai Marina walk are full of cafes and restaurant - 18 mins walk - Marina Mall - 11 min walk - JBR Public Beach - 20 min walk There are public parking available next to the building.
