Onar Villa offers tranquility, uninterrupted panoramic sea and mountain views of Kissamos and a real sense of the modern living in a small town of West Crete! Located in Kounoupitsa hill, is the perfect base if you want to visit the exotic Balos Lagoon and the Falassarna emerald water beach in a few minutes drive! The space With its location set on a 100m altitude, but just 2 minutes away from the main road of Kissamos town that leads you to Balos Lagoon or Falassarna beach, its breathtaking mountains, lush olive groves and sea views of Kissamos, our holiday villa gives you the chance to deeply relax from all the everyday stresses and experience a comfortable stay in Western Crete in a very stylish way! Onar villa is a 150sqm 2 floors villa, fully built in 2022. It is ideally located at a 100m altitude, 2 minutes by car from the busy center of Kissamos town, being the one of only a few houses at Kounoupitsa hill. Entering the house you will find a spacious open plan area. The kitchen of the house is very modern and fully equipped with coffee makers (Nespresso and filter coffee), boiler, sandwich maker, big refrigerator and dish washer. A stylish dining area that comfortably seats 8, a living area with comfortable and stylish sofa and armchairs, and a big flat-screen TV with Netflix service complete a welcoming area for all family or friends. The doors and windows of the living area provide light and a cool breeze even in Summer time, as well as uninterrupted views of the surroundings! The house offers 3 sunny and airy bedrooms, all with A/C, comfortable mattresses and all with ensuite bathrooms and private balconies. On the ground floor you will also find an extra room with a large desktop and a PC available for gaming. That room can easily accommodate 2 young children using the sofa-bed available. We can also provide, free of charge and upon request: a baby cot (0-2 years old), a high chair and a Playstation 5. The external area comes with a beautiful garden full of blooms and a 45sq.m infinity pool with a reverse swimming turbo jet and hydro-massage features. Cozy sunbeds and pool poofs, a sitting area, a dinning area and a well organized patio with BBQ (gas grill) complete our external area for unforgettable days and nights. There is also an external pool shower available for your comfort. Onar has enough free parking space for 3 cars. Two young children, though, could be comfortably accommodated using the sofa-bed at the office/game room (please note that there are no shutters in this room), plus one young child (0-2 years old) using a baby cot.
