The space Presentation El Nin Apartment is a beautiful apartment restored during 2016 and has been successfully welcoming our guests in splendor and comfort ever since! The apartment The apartment is located in the heart of Vernazza, access from the main road, Via Visconti, occupies the 3rd and 4th floor of the building. On the 3rd floor we have a large living room with dining table and double sofa bed, the kitchen , a double bedroom and a small bathroom with shower. An internal staircase takes us to the upper floor with an attic bedroom with single beds (they can be joined to form a double, on request). From the Piano there is access to a large terrace equipped with deck chairs. The view over the village is fascinating! Why choose it The whole apartment is equipped with air conditioning. From several windows and from the terrace it offers unusual views of the sea, the main square of Vernazza and Monterosso in the distance. The apartment is completely new, spacious and extremely right, centrally located and close to everything. It promises fantastic and comfortable vacation opportunities. The terrace offers a partial view of the sea and an incredible view of the village. The terrace is the largest part of the apartment. Hours of relaxation and fun will await you! Please Note: in the event of malfunctioning of some equipment and services, including air conditioning, dishwashers, washing machines, telephones, wifi and any other equipment and in the event of a gas cut and/or lack of heating, the Cinque Terre Riviera will promptly act to provide support and resolve the fault. Since the structures are located in the National Park area, intervention times are often longer and understanding is required for these difficulties. Cinque Terre Riviera will not be held responsible for problems not due to its negligence and will not grant refunds for such inconveniences. Turning on the heating is prohibited by law from Apr 1st to  Nov  08th.
