It is a convenient open galley style with custom cabinets and stainless steel appliances and is part of the great room. All areas walk out to a big covered terrace with gas Blackstone grill, outdoor dining (for 6) and comfy seating. Everyone will gather around the granite island with a raised glass breakfast bar (for 3) and there is enough room so there are never 'too many cooks' in the kitchen! The GREAT ROOM with its soaring ceilings is professionally decorated and includes a dining table for up to 8 people, a comfortable living area with leather sectional seating and flat screened TV plus a convenient desk with multiple charging stations - all with views of the ocean. LOFT / WET BAR & LOUNGE - you'll love the spectacular open stair and bridge walkway the bar/lounge. Here, overlooking the great room / kitchen you’ll find a second living area, fully equipped with a wet bar and bar fridge with icemaker and 12-foot sliding glass doors to a spectacular oceanfront 50-foot-long sundeck! This is where you’ll want to live! There are loungers for sunbathing, 2 bar height tables and seating for 6 – 8. Two comfy club chairs and a corner loveseat that's perfect for afternoon naps with soothing sounds of the surf! This is a wonderful place to enjoy your coffee in the morning; watch the shrimp boats in the distance; take in the sights and activity on the beach below; relax in the sun; enjoy sunset cocktails and/or late night star gazing with the sounds of the surf. PLUS there is access from this deck to the comfortable TV Loft (also accessed from Bedroom 2 inside) where you can relax with TV or a good book while enjoying the sights and sounds of the beach and ocean. BEDROOM 1 is a comfortable room featuring an exposed beam ceiling, a King-sized platform bed in reclaimed teak and a private covered terrace with lounge chairs. THE BATHROOM is features a big porcelain and stone walk-in shower, double vanity sinks and a walk-in closet. BEDROOM 2 has two Queen size beds with special bedding and pillow top mattresses. It has its’ own bathroom with a tub / shower combination and brand new multi head shower system. You'll love the private covered terrace with big rattan lounge chairs. Bedroom 2 also offers a unique private space - a private TV Loft sitting area with reclining lounge chairs that opens to the second-floor deck, outdoor cushioned lounge chairs and a beautiful beach and oceanfront view. This loft is accessed by a small steep staircase inside the bedroom as well as from the upper deck. Come, spend a week or two at the beach in this convenient and comfortable spot. And THIS BEACH IS THE BEST! At low tide there are several hundred yards of sand - perfect for jogging, bike riding, games, kite flying and just about anything else you can think of! You can reserve beach chairs and umbrellas (or take chairs provided in the villa); go shelling, bird watching, and more! Plus just a couple of hundred yards up the beach is the always fun Dunes House Grill - with great food for lunch and dinner on their beachfront deck.
