We renovated with the highest craftsmanship and were even awarded the Federal Prize for Craftsmanship in Monument Preservation. In our lovingly furnished and biologically high-quality renovated apartment (110 square meters), a unique and individual atmosphere awaits you. The apartment is on the 2nd and 3rd floor and the terrace and bathroom on another split level. A historic staircase connects all levels. This staircase can also creak sometimes. The furniture has been lovingly selected and partly reworked by us. Furthermore, there are some selected designer furniture in this apartment, and on the walls you will find real art. The bed is extra long (2.20 m) and wide (1.80 m) and equipped with a high-quality biolatex mattress. Wall heaters ensure a pleasant indoor climate. The kitchen is fully equipped and Wi-Fi with speeds of 50-300 Mbit/s is available. The bedroom faces the quiet backyard. The apartment has a modern bathroom with a bathtub and shower. There is also another separate toilet in this apartment, which leads off from the large living room in the attic. A large, planted roof terrace to the quiet courtyard invites you to relax. In the attic there is a large living room with a workstation and another king-size bed with a high-quality biolatex mattress. From this room you can see Cologne Cathedral. The floors are connected by a historic staircase, which can also creak. The whole apartment is equipped with wooden beam ceilings and oiled oak floorboards.
