We have renovated with the highest quality craftsmanship and were even awarded the Federal Prize for Craftsmanship in the Preservation of Historical Monuments. The flat is located on the 2nd and 3rd floor and the terrace and bathroom on another split level. A historic staircase connects all levels, this staircase can also creak sometimes. The furniture has been lovingly selected and partly reworked by the owner. Furthermore, there is some selected designer furniture in this flat, and you will find real art on the walls. The bed is extra long (2.20 m) and wide (1.80 m) and equipped with a high-quality biolatex mattress. Wall heaters ensure a pleasant room climate. The kitchen is fully equipped and WLAN with speeds of 50-300 Mbit/s is available. The bedroom faces the quiet backyard. The flat has a modern bathroom with bathtub and shower. There is also another separate WC in this flat, which leads off from the large living room in the attic. A large, planted roof terrace facing the quiet courtyard invites you to relax.
