A stone's throw from the town center and the lake and in direct proximity to the ski resorts of Gerardmer (Nordic and Alpine), La Gouléote is at the heart of a green setting offering calm and typical scenery of the Vosges mountains. As a couple, family or group, La Gouléote with its spa, sauna and pétanque court will certainly be the scene of an unforgettable stay. The space Covering an area of ​​200 m², the house has: On the ground floor: a fully equipped fitted kitchen opening onto a dining area with a large table (12 people), a living room with flat-screen TV, a bistro-style table football, 1 bedroom (140x190 bed), 1 separate toilet, a bathroom with walk-in shower with washing machine and dryer. The living space gives on one level to a terrace of more than 60 m² facing south with jacuzzi, a pétanque court and a panoramic view of the mountain. Upstairs: 3 large bedrooms (2x90x200 beds, i.e. king size 180x200), a separate toilet and a bathroom with bath and spa shower, a large dressing room. One of the bedrooms has direct access to a private balcony. In the basement: 1 fitness room with sauna and elliptical bike, 1 separate toilet and a garage for 2 VL or several motorcycles, bicycles and mountain bikes. The bus stop serving the alpine ski resort is right next to the house. Hiking and mountain biking trails can be accessed from the house. Rental includes bed linen (duvet, pillows, sheets, etc.). Bath linen (towels, etc.) is not included but is available as an option upon request, 7 days prior to your arrival (price/towel/stay: €8/adult and €6/child). The spa/jacuzzi is kept at a constant temperature of 37°C in compliance with French health regulations. These are optimal conditions for a pleasant, relaxing experience in an idyllic setting. The spa/jacuzzi is available year-round, except in rare cases (see our rules in our welcome booklet). The sauna is available for rentals of a full week or more, or for stays including a full weekend.
