A warm room and close to everything!

Private room in my house. - I ONLY ALLOW WOMEN - We share the bathroom and some common spaces. It is an apartment that is located one block from the terminal, 3 blocks from the passenger port and 3 blocks from downtown Colonia. It is comfortable and safe, it is on the ground floor and has a large balcony facing the street. Due to its location, it has easy access to the transportation you need, whether it's to move around the city or outside Colonia. During your stay On weekdays I'm away from home for many hours, but since I have my own business, I'm available for my guests. Other things to note I have a black cat named Sara. She's very sociable and likes visitors
