Relax with the whole family in this newly built luxury wellness "1A Chalet" WITHIN MINIMUM DISTANCE OF THE SKI SLOPE IN THE SKI AREA AT KLIPPITZTÖRL, with glazed panoramic sauna and relaxation room! Towels/bed linen are INCLUDED in the price! The 1A Chalet Klippitzhorst is situated at approx. 1,550 hm and is surrounded by ski slopes and hiking areas. The ski lifts are a short distance away on foot/skis or by car! High-quality box-spring beds ensure the highest level of sleeping pleasure. The space Electric Wallbox for cars directly at the parking by the house. Please note: Sufficient towels/bed linen/covers/linen, electricity for sauna and heating, as well as a large quantity coffee capsules are INCLUDED in the price!!! "1A Chalet" owns and operates all 1A Chalets. We are expanding yearly with brilliant accommodation at the highest "personal" level. In our newly built 100m2 luxury chalet, a wonderfully large and spacious living room with luxury kitchen, pull-out couch and fireplace awaits you, where you can have the fire in the background while enjoying your favourite programmes on the 65" UHD TV with Netflix or Sky. In winter, enjoy perfect skiing in a spacious ski area, and in spring, summer and autumn, enjoy wonderful hiking routes. You don't need a car to ski. Walk a few minutes to the slopes and you can leave directly for ticketing and then enjoy the slopes with the lift. If there is enough snow, you can ski comfortably to the chalet at the end of the day. You will find 3 bedrooms, all of which have high quality new box spring beds. One bedroom even has 2 single box spring beds for the kids or adult friends :). Of course, bed linen and towels are provided. We have installed skylights in the bedrooms on the 1st floor so that you can look at the stars when the sky is clear. On the 1st floor you will also find a wellness room with a sauna with panoramic glazing and a great view. A shower, drinking fountain and a balcony are also located in the wellness room. Access for guests There are 2 parking spaces directly in front of the house! A small "supermarket" is in the immediate vicinity and can be reached on foot. Further important information If you have several friends or relatives or a large family, you have the possibility to book 3 chalets (including this one) right next to each other.
