The space Our new apartment is a self-contained apartment on the lower floor of our detached single-family home with direct garden access. The living space is about 60 square meters and is divided into a large kitchen with seating area, a combined living and sleeping area and a bathroom. The fenced garden area can be used together with us. There are many seating options available to our guests. A car parking space is also part of the apartment. Electric cars can be charged at the existing wall box on request. The large kitchen is modernly equipped with a dining area, oven, stove with four hobs, fridge incl. freezer compartment, dishwasher, kettle, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, dishes, cutlery, pots, etc. The cozy living and sleeping area is equipped with modern and tasteful furniture, divided into a living area with wardrobe, rocking chair, sofa and TV. In the sleeping area there is a double bed and a wardrobe. Our spacious and bright bathroom includes a shower, toilet and sink. A hairdryer is available, towels are included in the rental price (change after one week). In all rooms, the windows are equipped with insect screens and electric shutters. The use of towels/bed linen (changed after one week) and Internet are included. Guest access In addition to the apartment itself, our garden can also be used jointly. Other things to note Dogs are very welcome here! Our Labrador dog Nala is also happy about four-legged guests. The price includes a 5% accommodation tax levied by the city of Bad Honnef.
