Stylishly furnished with open plan lounge, kitchen and open deck, private plunge pool and garden, this bright and airy holiday property is fully equipped with all the essentials to kick back and enjoy your stay! Slide back the doors onto the terrace that overlooks the pool area below, take a deep breath of the Sunshine Beach Sea air and simply relax. The open-plan concept on living area creates an easy flow throughout and is lovingly furnished with eye-catching art pieces. A private BBQ for your personal use is located on our beautiful large deck off the lounge and kitchen area. The deck has lounge seating for six plus day bed and sun lounge. This is undercover making it usable during all weather conditions. The two-story Villa features an open concept living area, contrasting textures and patterns, earth tones with travertine stone throughout, a flowing deck from the lounge, and a separate breakfast or dining space. Wash off from the beach with a dip in the pool and then listen to the waves roll into Sunshine Beach from the deck whilst enjoying your holiday. Lower level: The master bedroom has a King bed plus ensuite bathroom with shower & toilet. The second bedroom with louver features has twin singles for families (can be pushed together as a King bed), with a 2nd bathroom servicing the second bedroom. The private plunge pool is for the exclusive use of guests of The Villa. Laundry facilities include washing machine and dryer. Bedding: Master - King; Second - Two King Singles (or King bed - please advise if this is the preferred option.). Please note: Stairs need to be considered for small children and toddlers. Pets - Pet Friendly Fee - there is a $150 per dog fee - all dogs on application and then approval.
