Your chic apartment is super central in the Poststraße of Ihringen, the romantic heart of the well-known wine-growing area on the Kaiserstuhl. The apartment "Kaiserblick" has about 110 m2 and is one of the most beautiful holiday apartments on the sunny Kaiserstuhl. Noble furnishings, modern, but not distanced. Just the perfect place for families with children, friends or couples including ideal public transport connection with connection to Freiburg and the entire Kaiserstuhl. The space You reside on 110 sqm and you choose your bed in one of the three bedrooms. Two are downstairs, but hurry when you arrive and reserve the bedroom upstairs with a direct imperial view over Ihringen. Despite the central location, you live here for you: it almost feels more like a house than an apartment. IT'S OUR PERSONAL LOVE slate: The bright bedroom upstairs. It has a wide glass door front that looks down into the living room and vis-a-vis a meter-high window front from the lower floor of the duplex to the roof top of Heringen. It also has its own toilet and direct access to one of the roof terraces. BEAUTIFUL GESONNT! Another highlight is the two rooftop terraces connected by an iron staircase. The large one with well over 30 m2 is almost unseen thanks to a white wall. From there and above from the favorite sleeping place you have access to the second roof terrace including rooftop flair. SPACE ENOUGH FOR 7 PEOPLE: you and your fellow travelers or your family, you have plenty of space here on 110 m². There is a large living/dining room with a fireplace (optics only) and attached open kitchen waiting for you downstairs for almost 38 m². The sofa is XL and comfortably sleeps up to six people. Even the smallest ones are provided with a flexible travel cot and baby chair. In addition, there is a washing machine in the upper bathroom again (detergent is not available). THE LARGE KITCHEN gives a lot of equipment and cooking utensils if you want to feed yourself. TO RELAX, the apartment gives you a white marble bathroom with tub or sunbeds as well as lounge chairs to linger on one of the two roof terraces. And if it gets too hot in "German Tuscany", we have installed air conditioning for you. There are the two bedrooms downstairs, one with a desk. But for those who need to work a bit more, we have set up a second "home office" at the top of the gallery: Fast internet included. Guest access Access is completely flexible with a key box. Based on the key, you can easily get up to the apartment via the entrance and the stairwell. The 110 sqm with three bedrooms, a large gallery with living-dining area, the well-cut kitchen and the two roof terraces with penthouse flair are fully at your disposal. Other things to note We are in the warmest summer town in Germany. Our apartment "Kaiserblick" is super central! The Poststraße is at the center of Ihringen, next door from the "winery Ingrosso" and not far from the Kaiserstuhlhalle. The "Bäckerei Heizmann" is a minute's walk away, to Edeka you need only 4 minutes on foot. Around the corner there is the playground "Schlupf". The apartment is in the heart of the internationally known wine-growing community. Despite the fantastic central location, you live here for yourself: It feels almost more like a house than an apartment. Do you guys like the Baden wines? We do it very well and like to visit the well-stocked wine cellar of the "Kaiserstühler Winzergenossenschaft Ihringen" in the Winzerstraße. Founded in 1924, the wine cooperative with today 600 members and 300 hectares of vineyards is one of the largest winegrowing companies in Baden. From your apartment it's a 4-minute walk there, now they have the great "Jeinger Secco" again, from which you absolutely have to take a few bottles home. A chilled taste can be found as a welcome in the fridge. For food tips, we have found some great restaurants in the apartment by posting. You can walk to Ihringen train station in about three minutes: the S-Bahn train stops to Breisach, Freiburg or around the Kaiserstuhl. Ihringen is an attractive alternative to the nearby Freiburg: perfect access by highway and the excellent S-Bahn (suburban train) connections make this sunshine place so popular.
