Your chic apartment is super centrally located in the Poststraße of Ihringen, the romantic heart of the famous wine-growing region on the Kaiserstuhl. The apartment "Kaiserblick" is about 110 m² and is one of the most beautiful apartments on the sunny Kaiserstuhl. Nobly furnished, modern, but not distant. Just the perfect place for families with children, friends or couples, including ideal access to public transport with a connection to Freiburg and the entire Kaiserstuhl. The space You will reside in 110 m² and you choose your bed in one of the three bedrooms. Two are downstairs, but hurry up when you arrive and reserve the bedroom upstairs with a direct imperial view over Ihringen. Despite the central location, you live here for yourself: it almost feels more like a house than an apartment. IT'S OUR PERSONAL FAVORITE SLEEPING PLACE: The bright bedroom upstairs. It has a wide glass door front that looks down into the living room and vis-à-vis over a meter-high window front from the lower floor of the duplex to the roof tip on Ihringen. It also has its own toilet and direct access to one of the roof terraces. NICELY SUNNY! Another highlight is the two roof terraces connected by an iron staircase. The large one with well over 30 m² is almost invisible thanks to a white wall. From there and upstairs from your favorite sleeping place, you have access to the second roof terrace including rooftop flair. ENOUGH SPACE FOR 7 PEOPLE: You and your fellow travelers or your family, you have a lot of space here on 110 m². Downstairs, a large living/dining room with fireplace (only optics) and an attached open kitchen of almost 38 m² awaits you. The sofa is XL and is comfortably comfortable with space for up to six people. Even the smallest ones are provided with a flexible travel bed and baby chair. There is also a washing machine in the upper bathroom (detergent not available). THE LARGE KITCHEN provides a lot of equipment and cooking utensils if you want to cater for yourself. TO RELAX, the apartment offers you a white marble bathroom with a bathtub or sun loungers as well as lounge chairs to linger on one of the two roof terraces. And if it gets too hot in "German Tuscany," we have installed air conditioning for you. There are the two bedrooms downstairs, one of which has a desk. But for those who have to work a little more, we have set up a second "home office" on top of the gallery: fast Internet included. Guest access Access is completely flexible through a key box. Using the key, you can easily reach the apartment via the entrance and the staircase. The 110 m² with three bedrooms, a large gallery with a living-dining area, the well-designed kitchen and the two roof terraces with penthouse flair are fully at your disposal. Other things to note We are in the warmest summer town in Germany. Our apartment "Kaiserblick" is super central! Poststraße is in the center of Ihringen, next to the "Weingut Ingrosso" and not far from the Kaiserstuhlhalle. The "Bäckerei Heizmann" is a minute's walk away, and the Edeka is only 4 minutes away on foot. Around the corner is the "Schlupf" playground. The apartment is located in the heart of the internationally renowned wine-growing community of Ihringen. Despite the fantastic central location, you live here for yourself: It almost feels more like a house than an apartment. Do you like Baden wines? We do it a lot and like to visit the well-stocked wine cellar of the "Kaiserstühler Winzergenossenschaft Ihringen" in Winzerstraße. Founded in 1924, the winegrowers' cooperative is one of the largest winegrowing companies in Baden with 600 members and 300 hectares of vineyards. From your apartment it is a four-minute walk there, now they have the great "Ihringer Secco" again, of which you absolutely have to take a few bottles home. You will find a chilled sample as a welcome in the refrigerator. For food tips, we have found some great restaurants in the apartment by posting them. The Ihringen train station is about a three-minute walk away: the S-Bahn stops there on its way to Breisach, Freiburg or around the Kaiserstuhl. Ihringen is an attractive alternative to nearby Freiburg: perfect connections via the highway and the excellent S-Bahn connections make this sunny place so popular.
