The kitchen is next door, neat and well-equipped. Finally, find the king bedroom with a wide window for plenty of natural light. This property does have a lovely garden with a lawn and a patio area so you can let your dogs out to sniff around and watch them with a warm mug of coffee, but please be aware that this space is shared with other guests in the adjacent apartments. Incidentally, these can also be rented out if you’d like to take a holiday with loved ones but enjoy your own space. St Merryn is a charming spot with a few pubs and shops around for necessities. If you’re looking for more, Padstow is only 3 miles away, so it’s a convenient yet peaceful setting. Take a stroll around the National Trust Trevose Headland reserve to see the lighthouse, take in the dramatic views and see if you can spot some of the wildlife. Finish your holiday with a day at the beach: Trevone Bay (2 miles) and Treyarnon Bay (2.5 miles) are both dog friendly and great spots for surfing, as well as being incredibly beautiful.
