The apartment is extremely comfortable and offers numerous leisure opportunities for the whole family. It extends mainly over the ground floor, where the living and sleeping areas are located. In the basement you will find a fitness room and a laundry room equipped with a washing machine, dryer, ironing board, and an additional bathroom with shower. Villa Noho features four elegant bedrooms. The master bedroom and another double room share a spacious bathroom with bathtub, shampoo and shower gel dispenser, mirror with weather forecast display, hairdryer, and scale. The third bedroom has a private bathroom with shower. The fourth double bedroom offers beautiful views of the terrace, the large garden, Lake Constance, and the Swiss shoreline. For groups of up to ten guests, we provide an additional high-quality inflatable double bed with integrated headrest and a comfortable 5 cm topper. For families with young children, two travel cots (120 x 60 cm), two high chairs, a bathroom step stool, and many games for children aged 0–10 are available. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, egg cooker, kettle, microwave, toaster, oven, refrigerator, and freezer. In addition, there is a coffee machine for coffee and cappuccino, a classic filter coffee machine, and a moka pot. A blender and a crêpe maker are also available. Cooking essentials such as oils, vinegar, spices, Nespresso capsules, various teas, salt, and pepper are provided. From the living room you step directly into the large garden and the covered terrace with a table for eight guests. The terrace can be fully closed in winter, allowing cozy outdoor moments even during colder months. Near the beach you will find our barrel sauna, only a few steps from the lake, and right next to it an ice barrel for refreshing cool-downs.
