The space Villa Noho is an exclusive and exceptionally spacious holiday apartment within a villa directly on Lake Constance and the ideal place for a relaxing and adventurous holiday in the Four Countries Region (Germany, Austria, Switzerland and Liechtenstein). The holiday apartment occupies the ground floor and lower ground floor of the villa and features its own private entrance as well as private areas in the garden and along the lakeshore. The host family lives in the upper, completely separate part of the villa. The apartment is extremely comfortable and offers numerous leisure activities for the whole family. The main living and sleeping areas are located on the ground floor. On the lower ground floor, guests will find a fitness room and a laundry room equipped with a washing machine, dryer, ironing board and an additional bathroom with shower. The holiday apartment features four elegant bedrooms. The master bedroom and another double bedroom share a bathroom with bathtub, shampoo and shower gel dispensers, a mirror with weather forecast display, hairdryer and scale. The third double bedroom has a small private bathroom with shower. The fourth double bedroom offers a beautiful view of the terrace, garden, Lake Constance and the Swiss shoreline. Two of the four bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning. For groups of up to ten guests, we additionally provide a high-quality inflatable double bed with integrated headrest and a comfortable 5 cm topper. Families with small children can make use of two travel cots (120 × 60 cm), two high chairs, a bathroom step stool and many games for children aged 0 to 10. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, egg cooker, kettle, microwave, toaster, oven, refrigerator and freezer. There is also a coffee and cappuccino machine, a classic filter coffee machine and a moka pot. A blender and a crêpe maker are also available. Everything you need for cooking – oils, vinegar and spices – as well as Nespresso capsules, various teas, salt and pepper are provided. For guests from the oriental region, we also provide chopsticks, a wok pan and soy sauce. Dishwasher and cleaning products are available as well, together with a Sodastream for making sparkling water. The dining area invites guests to relax with a large dining table and a fireplace. The spacious living room offers a spectacular view of the garden through the large panoramic window. The sofa is very large and modular and can be rearranged to transform the living room into a home cinema thanks to the 4K home cinema system with large Bluetooth speaker. Guests also have access to an antique grand piano – playing piano while overlooking Lake Constance is a truly special experience. From the living room, you can directly access the covered terrace and the garden areas reserved for guests. The terrace is equipped with a table for eight people and can be fully enclosed during winter, allowing guests to enjoy cosy moments outdoors even in colder seasons. The garden offers various sports facilities such as a net for beach tennis, badminton or volleyball, a trampoline and double horizontal bars. At the beach area, guests can enjoy SUP boards (life jackets are available), horizontal and vertical fire pits as well as a one-metre grill plate. Near the beach is the barrel sauna, only a few steps from the lake. It accommodates up to four seated guests. Right next to it, an ice barrel is available for refreshing cool-downs after the sauna. Comfortable sun loungers are also provided. Villa Noho is also an excellent starting point for day trips to Munich, Zurich, the Principality of Liechtenstein, Konstanz or the Rhine Falls in Schaffhausen. Both children and adults will find ideal conditions for relaxation and fun here. Private parking spaces for up to three cars are available for guests. In the bicycle garage with power connection, e-bikes can easily be charged. Villa Noho promises unforgettable holiday experiences in a dreamlike setting directly on Lake Constance.
