The space Villa Noho is the perfect place for a relaxing and adventurous holiday on Lake Constance and in the four-country region (Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Liechtenstein). The apartment is extremely comfortable and offers numerous leisure opportunities for the whole family. It is mainly located on the ground floor, where the living and sleeping areas are situated. In the basement, there is a fitness room and a laundry room equipped with a washing machine, dryer, ironing board, and a bathroom with a shower. Villa Noho features three elegant bedrooms and a study that can accommodate an inflatable double bed with a headboard if needed. The master bedroom and another double bedroom have access to a shared bathroom with a bathtub, shampoo and shower gel dispenser, mirror with weather forecast display, hairdryer, and scale. The third bedroom is equipped with a double bed and has a small private bathroom with a shower. The kitchen is fully equipped: dishwasher, egg boiler, kettle, microwave, toaster, oven, refrigerator, and freezer. There is also a coffee and cappuccino machine, a blender, and a crêpe maker. Everything you need for cooking (oils, vinegar, spices) as well as Nespresso capsules, tee, sugar, salt, and pepper are provided. Dishwasher and cleaning products are also available, as well as a Sodastream for making sparkling water. For our guests from the Oriental region, we offer chopsticks, a wok pan, and soy sauce. The living area invites you to relax with a large dining table and a fireplace. The spacious living room offers a spectacular view of the garden through the panoramic window. The sofa is very large and modular; it can be moved to transform the living room into a home cinema, thanks to the 4K home cinema system with a large Bluetooth speaker. Guests also have access to an antique grand piano – playing with a view of Lake Constance is a rare experience! From the living room, you can directly access the spacious garden and the terrace, which is equipped with a table for six people. The garden offers various sports facilities, such as a net for beach tennis, badminton, or volleyball, a trampoline, and a double gymnastic bar. At the beach, you will find SUP boards (life jackets are provided), horizontal and vertical fire pits, and a grill plate with a diameter of one meter. Near the beach is our barrel sauna, just a few steps from the lake, which can accommodate up to four seated people. Sun loungers are also available. Villa Noho is an excellent starting point for day trips in the four-country region. For example to Munich, Zurich, the Principality of Liechtenstein, Constance, and the Schaffhausen Falls. Here, both children and parents will find ideal conditions for relaxation and fun. The private parking lot offers space for up to three cars, and in the bicycle garage with an electrical outlet, you can conveniently recharge your e-bikes.
