Recently inaugurated small villa near Ostuni, La Murreddina can accommodate from 2 up to 3 people in the countryside in the Valley of Itria. From the parking lot, a driveway leads to theverandaof theLa Murreddina, equipped for outdoor dining and relaxation. Inside, the entrance is into a living room with asingle sofa bed, from which you access the other rooms of the house: the kitchenette,1 double bedroom, 1 bathroom with shower. The surroundings of the small villa for vacation rental in Valle d`Itria The La Murreddina cottage is located in the countryside, in Valle d`Itria, along the few kilometers separating the beautiful towns of Ostuni and Martina Franca. It`s worth going to discover the interesting historical centers, rich in cultural attractions but also in stores and places where you can taste the excellent typical gastronomy. - After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am). - Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language. - The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations. - First Bed linen/towels kit included in total price. Optional change upon request at euro 20 per person. - Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 20 to pay upon arrival. - It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg. - It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro. - Air conditioner only in the living room. - La Murreddina is located near the road. - Please note that upon arrival the payment of the deposit of euro 200 is required by credit card, cash or instant transfer. This amount will be refunded within 7 days of check-out, subject to receipt of the damage. Guest access It is a comfortable holiday home in Ostuni, in the vegetation of the Valley of Itria. The exteriors are looked after and comfortable. From the car park, through the driveway, you arrive at the veranda of the small villa, equipped to eat your meals and relax in the open, after an enjoyable day by the beach. The house is furnished with attention to details. From the living area with sofa you enter the other rooms of the house: a master bedroom, bathroom with shower and a kitchenette.
