Welcome to the Schuhbeck family in the small and tranquil village of Kay near Tittmoning on the Salzach in the beautiful Chiemgau/Rupertiwinkel. In our new, beautifully furnished vacation apartments in a former stable you will find peace and relaxation. But also for catering by a supermarket, a butcher and a baker and entertainment for your children is provided by the playground nearby. The space -52m² living space -For a total of 4 people (2 adults + 2 children) -2 single beds in the gallery (can also be used as a double bed) -1 room with bunk bed -Kitchen and dining/living area 1 room -1 bathroom with shower, WC, hairdryer -kitchenette equipped with electric stove, oven, refrigerator with freezer, microwave and coffee machine -Bed linen, towels and tea towels available -SAT-TV with Netflix, WLAN -covered balcony -Car parking space All apartments and the common room are non-smoking rooms. Smoking is of course allowed on the balconies. We charge a surcharge of 50,00 € for short stays (1-3 days).
