Located 3 blocks from downtown and 6 blocks from the USD. Large bedroom (280 sq ft) and private bathroom in secluded portion of house, with one queen bed. The room has a desk, wifi, tv. There is an adjacent kitchenette with a refrigerator, cooktop, microwave, Keurig, toaster, and washer and dryer. There is private parking on the premises. The refrigerator is stocked with beverages and snacks. Continental breakfast is available in the morning. (We don't provide linens for sleeping on the couch.) The space This small house was built in 1908 on a double lot. It was remodeled into a large house in the 1970s. The guest suite (where you will stay) was built in the last few years. During your stay We will meet you when you arrive and help you get settled, then you may see us when you come and go. Other things to note The house is smoke free, and there are three indoor cats that live in the main portion of the house. The cats do not go in the guest room.
