Our beautiful Rheinquartier apartment is at the center of the resort town of Küssaberg-Rheinheim. The approximately 120 sqm apartment with infinitely high ceilings is located on the 1st floor of a lovingly maintained single-family house 200 m away from the Rhine. A parking space for the car, charging station for the e-bike or storage for the bike is also available in front of the house. The space The property features a smart locking system. In the spacious hallway and entrance area there is enough space for your wardrobe. The open and at the same time very bright and large dining or living area is stylishly and modernly newly furnished. In the kitchen you will find not only a dishwasher and coffee maker, but also a water and rice cooker, fridge with freezer, oven, microwave, toaster, all dishes such as crepes machine, fondue sets, thermos, tupperware, baking utensils and enough storage space. A unique fireplace is available for cold winter evenings. This is currently used for decoration. The living has access to the relaxing huge balcony with an electric grill and cozy balcony furniture. Here you can enjoy not only breakfast in the morning sun, but also an excellent drink in the evening. A highlight is probably also the 90x200 balcony bed, which makes nights under the free starry sky unforgettable. The bedroom consists of a 180x200 bed and a spacious walk-in closet. The apartment has a modern and functionally furnished bathroom. The bathroom has both a shower and a bathtub. We offer a play area for large and small explorers upon request or prepare a cozy cot.
