Our beautiful Rheinquartier apartment is located in the center of the resort of Küssaberg-Rheinheim. The approximately 120 m² apartment with infinitely high ceilings is located on the 1st floor of a lovingly maintained single-family house 200 m from the Rhine. A parking space for the car, charging station for the e-bike or storage space for the bicycle is also available in front of the house. The space The property has a smart locking system. In the spacious hallway and entrance area there is enough space for your wardrobe. The open and at the same time very bright and large dining or living area is stylish and contemporary. In the kitchen you will find not only a dishwasher and coffee machine, but also a water and rice cooker, fridge-freezer, oven, microwave, toaster, all dishes such as crêpe machine, fondue sets, thermos flasks, Tupperware, baking utensils and enough storage space. Cozy cooking moments that will be remembered are pre-programmed. At the large table, 6 people can dine comfortably. In the living area there is a very large couch with a sleeping function, a bookshelf for every reading taste as well as a TV and turntable. A unique fireplace is available for cold winter evenings. This is for decoration, not for heating. In the entire apartment, floor heating provides pleasant warmth. The living room has access to the relaxing huge balcony with an electric grill and cozy balcony furniture. Here you can not only enjoy breakfast in the morning sun, but also enjoy a drink in the evening. A highlight is probably also the 90 x 200 balcony bed, which makes nights under the open starry sky unforgettable. The bedroom consists of a 180 x 200 bed and a spacious walk-in closet. The apartment has a modern and functional bathroom. There is both a shower and a bathtub in the bathroom. Upon request, we offer a play corner for large and small explorers or set up a cozy baby bed. The Rheinquartier can also be rented for the long term.
