This detached, fully renovated bungalow offers every comfort for the added value seeker. The house is quietly located, barrier-free, stylishly decorated and finished to perfection. It is the perfect base for hiking, cycling, or simply exploring the beautiful Leie-Scheldt region and the Flemish Ardennes. There is a lockable bicycle storage and spacious carport. Lots of recreational opportunities nearby! The space The house is completely on one floor. When you enter through the front door, you will find the kitchen on the left, and the living room on the right. The rooms are separated by a glass door. There is a pleasant light-filled sense of space. From the kitchen, you can reach the covered southwest-facing outdoor terrace via a sliding door. A little sun... and it is a wonderful place to be from noon onwards. From the carport, you enter the house through the back door. From the hall (with washing machine and dryer) you enter the hallway, with the 2 bedrooms and the bathroom on the right. Straight ahead, you go to the kitchen, with the living room on the left. The house is not that big, but is very practically furnished. Other things to note We installed a charging station for electric vehicles at the house. The consumption at this charging station is settled and paid to us at the time of departure.
