A Cozy and Comfortable Interior As soon as you enter, you’ll feel at home in the spacious living room, tastefully decorated to be both modern and cozy. A large sliding glass door allows plenty of natural light to flood in, and from the comfort of your armchair, you can admire the stunning view. In the evenings, the open fireplace creates a warm and inviting atmosphere – perfect after a day spent in the mountains. The living room is also equipped with a flat-screen satellite TV and free Wi-Fi. Bedrooms & Kitchen The house features two spacious bedrooms, both with comfortable king-size beds (180 cm wide). Whether you wake up to breathtaking mountain views or simply enjoy a restful sleep, you’re guaranteed maximum comfort. The fully renovated kitchen is equipped with everything you need for an effortless self-catering experience: an oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, small fridge, and kettle. Of course, all necessary cookware, plates, and cutlery are provided. The Winter Garden – A Special Touch One of the unique highlights of the house is the charming winter garden, transformed into a cozy dining area. A large dining table with comfortable chairs invites you to enjoy meals together. The wooden interior creates a delightful cabin atmosphere, and the second fireplace adds an extra layer of warmth and coziness on chilly evenings. Relaxation & Sauna For an extra touch of luxury, the winter garden also features a wood-fired sauna, perfect for unwinding after a day of hiking or skiing. The sauna heats up quickly, allowing you to fully relax and recharge while surrounded by the tranquility of nature. Terraces & Outdoor Living The house boasts a spacious sun terrace, where you can take in the breathtaking views of the Wieda valley and the surrounding mountains. Whether you want to enjoy breakfast in the morning sun or sip a drink in the evening, the terrace is the perfect place to relax. If you prefer some shade, a second covered terrace on the side of the house provides a cool and sheltered spot to sit. Wieda – A Charming Village with Plenty to Do Wieda is a peaceful and charming village in the Harz region, offering a wide range of outdoor activities year-round. Hiking, mountain biking, and skiing are popular pastimes, and in winter, the nearby slopes are perfect for cross-country skiing and sledding. The surrounding area also features beautiful hiking trails, ideal for exploring nature at a leisurely pace. In addition to outdoor adventures, Wieda has several cozy restaurants and cafés where you can enjoy traditional Harz specialties. The nearby villages of Zorge and Sankt Andreasberg also offer various attractions, including museums, local markets, and more. Important Information: • Accessibility: Please note that this house is not suitable for guests with mobility issues, as there are 40 steps leading up to the entrance. • Pets: Pets are welcome, so feel free to bring your four-legged companions along! Guest access The whole house Other things to note Please note that it is not suitable for the disabled due to the many steps you have to climb before you reach the house kurtax (€2.10 adult per night per person, €1.05 1st child per night) and a linen package (bed linen + 2 towels €15.50 per set) are NOT included in the price and can be ordered separately later. Of course, it is also possible to bring your own linen.
