The home is walking distance from Oakland City MARTA Station and a public park that features tennis courts, basketball courts, and a pool. A digital guidebook with all the house info you need and recommendations for my favorite activities and restaurants. Other things to note Please remember you're staying in a person's house, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect, just as the previous guests have. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but please note no one is living on-site 24-7 For non-emergency issues we do not send maintenance to the property during your stay, only after you depart. ~ All guests must be 25+ except for children with parents. ~ 6 people max. We charge per guest; please have an accurate guest count. ~ There are cameras on the exterior of the property for your protection. If you touch or tamper with the cameras, you will be asked to leave immediately. ~ No late checkout or early check-in. If you arrive early or depart late, there will be a $50 charge per event. ~ No refunds for weather/natural disasters/power outages/acts of god/other things that are beyond our control. ~ We provide a start of supplies like toilet paper and paper towels. You may need to buy more for your extended stay.
