Ideal for 8 people, MAISON DIVON, built on half levels, consists of the following: On the ground floor: 1 fully equipped kitchen with central island, 1 dining area, 1 living room facing the ocean, 1 office area, 1 second living room with XXL TV, 1 laundry/cellar, 1 toilet. On the 1st level: Grand Fond Bedroom: bedroom with a queen size bed, dressing room, terrace and sea view - Pondicherry Bedroom: bedroom with 1 queen size bed, dressing room, terrace and sea view - Canton Bedroom: Bedroom with a queen size bed, dressing room and sea view - 1 bathroom adjoining the bedrooms, with walk-in shower and a large sunny terrace with sea view. On the second level: Le Cap Suite: Bedroom with a queen size bed, open bathroom with walk-in shower and separate toilet, dressing room and sea view. Pillows and mattresses are of premium hotel quality with integrated 100% ORGANIC latex mattress to bring you maximum comfort during your stay. The pool: maintained by a professional, the pool heated by heat pump has a protection system (alarm) however it is not monitored and remains under the full responsibility of the tenant who must ensure supervision, especially that of children. Guest access Guests will have access to all the rooms of the house and the garden as well as the private pool with ocean views. Other things to note A deposit check of €1,500 must be given to the concierge on the day of your arrival. It will be returned to you on the day of your departure if no damage is found.
