You'll live tiny home style, in a neighborhood surrounded by trees. The camper is equipped with a brand new comfy natural Ecoterra queen size mattress (hybrid latex), full kitchen and bath, living room, and patio. Please note that the bathroom and shower are sized for a camper (small), and the toilet is on a septic tank. You'll have your own driveway parking, a outdoor patio, and the camper to yourself. Guidelines for long-term rentals: every 5-6 days we will come in to flush out the toilet tank, water outdoor plants, leaf blow the outside sitting area, and maybe shake out the rugs. Also, at any time during your stay you are more than welcome to swap out sheets or towel for a fresh set.
