The space This apartment has been recently refurbished and awaits you with a fresh & modern design. *Quietly located in the relaxed district of Neuendorf, it is a stone's throw from the Rhine and ten minutes by bus to the old town. In a few minutes, you are on the banks of the Rhine, a beautiful place for walks, morning runs, and picnics. *Start your day on the large terrace with a Caffè Lungo from our Nespresso machine and enjoy all the nice amenities of this apartment. *In the fully equipped kitchen you will find a stove, kettle, French Press, tea, spices, and more for your use if you like to cook and gather around the beautiful table in the large dining area. By the way, you don't have to do the dishes, the dishwasher will take care of that ;-) *After a long day in Koblenz you can relax in the living room or on the Hollywood swing of the terrace or take a hot shower in the bathroom (of course we provide enough towels and shampoo & shower gel). *For the evening entertainment at home is also taken care of: On our 55-inch Smart TV, you can watch your favorite Netflix series or play board games together, which we provide. *The two modern-designed bedrooms, the purple, and the brown room are each equipped with a comfortable queen-size double bed. Lots of pillows, cozy quality blankets, and new medium-firm mattresses provide the perfect sleeping experience. The sofa bed in the living room, which pulls out to 140x200cm, gives room for two more guests and is, quote from our guests, "cozy as hell". *Washing machine, dryer, iron, etc. are at your free disposal. *There are plenty of free parking spaces around the building. Guest access The entire apartment including the terrace is at your disposal. Feel completely at home! Other things to note A registration form must be filled out before check-in. Additional services: - later check-out is subject to availability and can be booked for an extra charge. - Cleaning during the stay can also be booked for an extra charge The apartment has a decibel meter installed in the living room. The decibel meter records only the noise level 24h a day.
