The villa, located on the hills of the Sorrento Peninsula, is accessed via a narrow road, not suitable for large cars; it is advisable to be equipped with a car. Guest access The entire first floor and a portion of the ground floor will be made available to guests, for a total of almost 100 square meters, in addition to the adjacent terrace of about 100 square meters, which surrounds the house. Guests will have the opportunity to park their car on the driveway or on the street level. The Cleaning and Sanitation procedures will comply with the provisions of current regulations in the Covid-19 Health Emergency. Other things to note In the municipality of Massa Lubrense, the accommodation tax applied as per the Municipal Regulations is €3.00 per day per person; subjects who have not reached the age of 18 and subjects who have reached the age of 75 are exempt.
