The space The apartment is on the first floor of the villa, and offers a breathtaking view of the Gulf of Naples and Vesuvius. It consists of 4 bedrooms and a bathroom on the first floor and a kitchen on the ground floor. There is also a 105-square-meter terrace, for the exclusive use of guests, which offers the possibility of having breakfasts, lunches and dinners outdoors. The terrace overlooking the sea is in fact equipped with every comfort to be able to relax and enjoy the best of the spectacle that nature offers. The villa, located on the hills of the Sorrento Peninsula, is accessed via a narrow road, not suitable for large cars; it is advisable to have a car. Guest access The entire first floor and a portion of the ground floor of the villa will be made available to guests, for a total of almost 100 square meters, in addition to the adjacent terrace of about 100 square meters, which surrounds the house. Guests will have the option of parking their car in the driveway or on the street level. The cleaning and sanitizing procedures will comply with the provisions of the regulations in force in the Covid-19 Health Emergency. Other things to note In the municipality of Massa Lubrense, the accommodation tax applied as per the Municipal Regulations is €3.00 per day per person; persons who have not reached the age of 18 on the date of the start of the overnight stay and persons who have reached the age of 75 are exempt.
