Stay at our unit conveniently located at 2nd floor of Tower 2 Spring Residences. Relax and unwind within Metro Manila. Sm City Bicutan is just across the corner and a terminal going to Pasay, Makati, Alabang is 2 minutes walk. Celebrate special occasions, or just spend time with your love ones here in our unit. Cooking is not allowed inside the unit. You can bring cooked food or order it for your convenience. Pool rates: 150/weekdays, 300 holidays There is a paid parking on premises. The space Our 30 sqm unit is fully furnished and can comfortably accommodate up to 4 guests (extra charge after 2 guests). We have WIFI and Netflix for you to enjoy. Room is airconditioned and the sofa can be converted into a bed if needed. The unit balcony is overlooking the pool. Refrigerator, water heater and shower heater are all provided. Guest access Guest must pay the corresponding fee in the ADMIN OFFICE located at the ground floor for swimming pool rate. Proper swimming attire is required for pool usage. Other things to note From the lower ground floor, there is an access going to SM City Bicutan which closes at 10 PM. A 24/7 convenience store (Alfamart) is located at Tower 4.
